On Friday, January 17th, 18-year-old Dustin Crews and his girlfriend were struck by a vehicle while walking along the road in Elkins, Arkansas. This tragic accident has left Dustin with severe injuries, including multiple brain bleeds and significant facial trauma.

Dustin is currently fighting for his life in the ICU at Washington Regional Medical Center, receiving critical care, including blood transfusions and treatment to reduce brain swelling.

Dustin is a young man with his whole life ahead of him. He has a long road to recovery, and the medical expenses associated with his treatment are already mounting. We are unsure if the driver was insured at this time, but Dustin did not have health insurance.
