I feel guilty even asking for help. When my husband got laid off, not this September but last, we thought we'd be okay; he could get a job and go back to work. He did for a month, then was laid off again, and then he passed out one night in our kitchen. We found out he was having heart issues, and at first, the doctor thought it was going to be a simple thing, but his heart problem has progressed. The doctor said his heart is fatal. We just found out he needs to have a pacemaker defibrillator, an ICD. We are waiting for a life vest for insurance to approve for him, but we are losing our insurance at the end of the month because they say I make too much with even all our kids.

I'm hoping since the doctor said he will hopefully be approved for disability, we can at least get him insurance. I try really hard to make enough working long hours, and my health is not the best, but we are behind, and I pray for a miracle that we do not end up losing our home. Everything is catching up to us, and I'm scared of losing my husband and trying to take care of everyone. And after surgery, it will take several months of recovery, and I will have to take off to take care of him. He usually takes care of everyone here while I work. I have faith in God He will work it all out, but friends and some family suggested I do this, but honestly, I feel bad asking for help. I appreciate anything, and someday when this has passed, I promise to pay it forward. I thought when Teresa had a liver transplant and heart surgery, this would be one of the toughest things I had to do, but here we are again. I love you all so much!
