Hello friends and family,

In September 2024, I was laid off from my job, and since then I’ve been struggling to secure a new role. Despite my best efforts, it’s been a difficult and discouraging time. I’ve exhausted my savings and even had to start selling personal belongings just to keep up.

Right now, I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat, but it’s reached the point where I’ve had to sacrifice essential items in order to make rent and cover bills. I’m asking for help so I can take care of the basics while I continue my job search.

Your donation, no matter how small, would go directly toward:

Essential items: groceries, feminine hygiene products, haircare

Health and wellness: sickle cell medications, mental health medications

Bills: rent, utilities, and other monthly obligations (including my gym membership, which is vital for my health and well-being)

This has been a very humbling and difficult experience, but any support means the world to me. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this with others would help more than you know.
