My name is Joseph Freeman, and many people in the Waynesboro area may know me from my years managing the Waynesboro Theatre. For a long time, the theatre was a huge part of my life, and I was grateful for the opportunity to help bring movies, events, and community experiences to so many people over the years.

Recently, life has taken some unexpected turns, and I’ve been doing my best to navigate a very difficult season. Between major life changes, health struggles, financial setbacks, and now a recent back injury that has temporarily left me unable to work, things have become overwhelming in ways I never imagined.

I’ve always tried to stay busy, work hard, and remain independent, which is why asking for help like this does not come easily to me. But right now, I’m focusing on healing, rebuilding stability, and finding my footing again one step at a time.

I created this GoFundMe to help with essential living expenses, medical costs, transportation, and day-to-day needs while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet.
