Duriel is currently living out of his van on the east side while living with multiple disabilities. A "neighbor" two nights ago called the police at 2am citing that his "car exhaust was too loud". Duriel was arrested, taken to the DCJ, and issued a $187 municipal citation for his home being "too loud". Duriel needs approximately $1,000 to fix his car. Let's be actual neighbors and help him on his journey to safety.
