Hello friends and family of Dung. My sweet and beautiful friend is going through a very difficult time right now, and I’m reaching out in hopes that we can all come together to support her during her treatments since she hasn’t worked in a few months now. I truly believe in the strength of a small, loving community, and I know we can make a difference for her. Please consider sharing this post and keeping her in your prayers to help uplift her during this fight. Thank you all so much for your love and support.
In December 2025, what started as a bloated stomach quickly turned into something much more serious. By January 12, 2026, Dung was rushed to the emergency room due to severe pain, where a CT scan revealed large masses on her ovaries and the possibility of ovarian cancer. On February 5, 2026, she underwent what was expected to be a hysterectomy—but during surgery, doctors discovered the extent of the disease. The procedure became a 5–6 hour operation, resulting in a total hysterectomy and removal of 23 lymph nodes as part of cancer staging and treatment. She was diagnosed with Stage II high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma.
Since March 2, 2026, Dung has been undergoing an intense chemotherapy regimen of Carboplatin and Paclitaxel every three weeks. So far, she has completed two treatments, with more ahead in this difficult journey. The side effects have been overwhelming—hair loss began just two weeks after her first treatment, and the constant fatigue has made even the simplest daily tasks incredibly challenging. Every day is a fight to stay strong. Despite everything, she continues to show courage and resilience. We are asking for support to help ease the financial burden of medical expenses and allow her to focus on what matters most—healing and recovery. Any donation, share, or prayer means more than words can express. Thank you for standing with her during this fight.
