Hi, my name is Ellie and I am the mom of Ducky. Ducky was a kitten born with severe cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological condition that affected his balance and coordination. He was strong willed, had a larger than life personality, and was my best friend. Not only did he inspire me to never stop fighting, he had a lasting impact on a large audience.

On top of being born with CH, he struggled with severe GI issues. I tried absolutely everything I could to give him the best shot at a healthy and happy life. In the end despite numerous vet visits, medication adjustments, and round the clock care, his little body would not cooperate with treatment. The hardest decision I have ever made was to let him go peacefully when his digestive pain became too much.

I am grieving the loss of this little fighter and am asking for help to cover the costs of his treatment and end of life expenses. All funds will go directly towards his remaining medical expenses.

I greatly appreciate the love and support shown to him during his time on earth.
