Support Duck’s Treatment to Beat Cancer

UPDATE

Our world got much darker today receiving a more definitive prognosis. Duck’s cancer is much more aggressive than we thought, and given these circumstances, any treatment plan is not a guarantee to bring him back to health. We are hoping to get as much quality time with him as possible while we still have him here with us. However, we will now be using this platform as a means to recoup the financial output so far and contribute to his palliative care. I fully understand if anyone would like their money returned, as it is for somewhat of a different cause, but wanted to be outright that our situation has since changed. Zach and I are so deeply grateful by the support and love we have received this far, and are so happy to see loved Duckie is.

Hello friends and family, and whoever this has reached! We are absolutely heartbroken to be in a place where we feel this is needed. But our sweet 6 year old pup has recently been diagnosed with a very rare and unusual form of a neuroendocrine carcinoma. Our whole world has taken a total 180 the past week, as his health was in tact earlier this month. His decline in health has been quite extreme, but we are hopeful for more time with him and quality time at that with the course of treatment we have been offered.

With so many things unknown about his condition, surgery and post op treatment are both in the cards for him. And as one can imagine, this is obscenely expensive.

Anyone who knows Duck, absolutely adores him and vice versa. He is the sweetest, most loving dog I’ve ever known, and life without him is just unimaginable at this point. He is an entire piece of my soul.

With him being so young, our time with him just isn’t up yet and we can’t give up on him with the chance he has. Anything would be absolutely appreciated, if you could donate or share.
