Friends and family, As most have heard Duane and Laura Phillips were involved in a horrific accident, caused by a high speed chase on 111 in Algood Tn, the morning of May 24th. They were innocent drivers caught up in someone else bad choice.

Between broken bones and internal bleeding, the path to recovery will be long. They are going to need all the help we can give them!
