My father-in-law, Duane Avery, was in a motorcycle accident that almost took his life. He was the main source of income for my mother-in-law and grandma (who we call Nan), and now my mother-in-law is having to miss so much work to be with him. He is in ICU, trying his hardest to make a full recovery, but we’re just taking things day by day, minute by minute.
