DTDS1273 works in education and volunteers time to observe and document Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity. On Thursday, 3/19/2026, I was arrested by the Oregon State Police while observing and documenting ICE agents. ICE continues to weaponize the emergency 911 system against those lawfully documenting their activities. In this case, that abuse has resulted in retaliatory reckless driving (criminal) charges in two counties. This is a clear violation of constitutional rights. This case impacts countless people across Oregon and the nation who document ICE activity. We will not allow ICE to work in the shadows. As a government agency using taxpayer money, we must bring the work of ICE into the light. I have hired a lawyer to fight these charges and need your support. The fundraising goal includes both pre-trial and trial expenses for two separate court dates, one in each of the counties charged.
