DrupalCon North America is launching Drupal in a Day, a free one-day workshop to support the next generation of Drupalers, to take place during Contribution Day.

Thanks to Acquia, the main event costs are covered, but we have the opportunity to offer meals and beverages for the fifty student participants.

Please buy a student lunch! We’re raising funds to provide lunches and coffee/tea and drinks for all the students, ensuring they feel welcome, energized, and able to tune in and engage throughout the day.

Sharing a meal together is a simple but powerful way to build community and help everyone feel included as they begin their open source journey.

Each student will also receive a card and a list of friendly mentors from the Drupal.org community, so they’ll know of support as they navigate new opportunities and challenges.
