Help My Dad, Driss Bahtat, in His Fight Against Stroke

My name is Hamity, and I live in the Netherlands. I’m reaching out to ask for help for my beloved father, Driss Bahtat, who lives in Rabat-Salé, Morocco.

My dad has always been my hero. Growing up, I never saw him weak or in hospitals—he was strong, hardworking, and full of life. Sadly, everything changed a couple of years ago when his health started to decline. Recently, he suffered a severe stroke that left half of his body paralyzed.

Now, he is preparing for a very difficult surgery on his head and neck. After this operation, he will urgently need an electric medical bed in Morocco so he can sleep and recover safely and comfortably. Without it, his healing will be extremely hard and painful.

It breaks my heart to see my father—once so full of strength—now unable to move, suffering every day. His only wish before this operation is to have the comfort of a medical bed to make this painful journey a little easier.

From the Netherlands, I am doing everything I can, but I cannot do this alone. That’s why I’m kindly asking for your support. Any help, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and will bring us closer to giving my dad the comfort and care he deserves.
