I hate even having to do this, but I need help.

Right now, my son’s mother has full custody. I’ve tried to handle everything peacefully and privately, but the situation has become unstable and unpredictable. As a father, I can’t ignore the concerns I have about my son’s safety and consistency anymore.

This isn’t about drama or revenge. It’s about doing what’s best for my child. He’s very young and needs stability. I work full-time, I show up, and I take care of my responsibilities — but I can’t come up with the legal fees fast enough on my own.

I’m trying to raise $5,000 to retain an attorney (they’re willing to start with $2,500 upfront), cover a paternity test, and handle court costs so I can pursue full custody and provide a safe, stable environment for my son.
