My friend Drew Ramsey had a severe stroke while at his apartment. Emergency personnel wasn’t able to get to him for 24 hours. He is currently in ICU in Uptown Charlotte. The stroke has affected the right side of his body, and he is learning to talk again. He has no time off at work or medical insurance.
