I'm asking for assistance with legal fees. A year ago, my son Dre had a devastating car accident, and my nephew/son died on January 21st at 3:26 a.m. due to ice and losing control of the car. The state picked up the case, and now my son is being charged with the death of my nephew. My nephew's mother will be a witness for my son's court date. This has been so hard for the family, and now I'm fighting for my son's freedom. I've already lost one son to death, and now I may lose one to the system.
