My name is Aneya Frazier and I’m starting this fundraiser for my grandmother, Driena Jo Grady- Stallworth. She has always been the rock of our family the one who cooked our meals, prayed for us every night, and showed us what unconditional love looks like. But now, she’s in the fight of her life.

My grandma has been battling COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) for years, and recently, her health has taken a turn for the worse. Even the smallest tasks, like walking to the kitchen or speaking for more than a few minutes, leave her gasping for air. On top of that, she has a stent in her heart from a previous surgery, and the combination of these health issues has left her extremely weak and unable to live the life she deserves.

Doctors are talking about hospice care, and it breaks my heart to think of her suffering like this. She has been in and out of the hospital, and the medical bills, oxygen equipment costs, and transportation expenses are adding up faster than we can keep up.

My grandma has always given to others, even when she had little herself. Now, she needs us. I’m asking for help whether it’s $5 or just sharing this fundraiser to help cover her medical expenses, medications, and to make her remaining time as comfortable and peaceful as possible.
