Our beloved friend, Drea Erben, suffered a sudden, life-threatening stroke on September 12th. Drea has undergone emergency surgery and is currently in a medically induced coma. She was at work when it happened, and thanks to the quick response of her coworkers, she was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. This is only the beginning of what will be a long and difficult road to recovery.

Drea works in the service and beauty industry, which means she is uninsured, and when she cannot work, there is no income. As many of you know, she is also an incredible mother to her son, Anthony, who needs our support now more than ever. Her sister, Nicki, has shown incredible strength during this crisis, taking unpaid leave from work so she can be by Drea’s side and be her voice while she cannot use her own.

We are asking our community to come together and rally around this amazing family. Our goal is to help ease the financial burden so Drea, Anthony, and Nicki can focus fully on healing and recovery, not bills and expenses.
