Support Drako's Battle Against Cancer

Drako has had 4 chemotherapys already and we have seen a massive decrease of his lymph node swelling which is good news and a sign of going into remission. Thank you all for the help!

Hello! My name is Drako Alejandro Santamaria, I am 6 and a half years old and I live in upstate NY! I have the small job of supporting my dad emotionally since he suffers from depression! Three weeks ago my family took me to the vet and I was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer, its stage 3A which means It makes me sleepy, tired and it causes pain. Currently, I have four masses on my neck and one behind my leg.

The oncologist says I need chemo because if left untreated I could only live 2 months. I’m still young and I want to keep living with my family, chemo would help me live longer, but chemo is very expensive and my family needs help.

I appreciate everyone who wants and can help me, so that I can help my family. Greatly we appreciate your help and care for this difficult situation for me and my family.

The chemo treatment can go up to $20,000 but we are trying to collect up to at least $15,000. We appreciate everyone’s help and support during these times.

Hola! Mi nombre es Drako Alejandro Santamaria, tengo 6 años y medio y vivo en el estado de Nueva York! Soy perrito de apoyo emocional para mi papá debido a su depresión. Hace tres semanas mi familia me llevó al veterinario me diagnosticaron con un cáncer conocido como Linfoma, está en etapa 3A y me causa sueño, cansancio y dolor, actualmente tengo cuatro masas en el cuello y una en mi patita de atrás.

El oncólogo dice que necesito quimioterapia porque si no me tratan solo podría vivir 2 meses. Todavía soy joven y quiero seguir viviendo con mi familia, la quimioterapia me ayudaría a vivir más tiempo, pero la quimioterapia es muy costosa y mi familia necesita ayuda.

Agradezco a todos los que quieran y puedan ayudarme, para que yo pueda ayudar a mi familia. Agradecemos enormemente su ayuda y cuidado en esta situación difícil para mí y mi familia.
