At the end of January, our close friend, family member, and colleague Dr. Zach Floyd had his world turned upside down. He became severely ill with pneumonia and was transported to University Hospital, where he was placed on a special ventilation machine to help him breathe. Zach remains in the ICU, still fighting for his life and overcoming one battle at a time. His strength and determination are truly inspiring to everyone who knows him.

While Zach fights to recover, his wife Samantha has remained at his bedside every day, holding things together for their four small children at home. The emotional and financial toll on their family is immense. As friends, family, and colleagues, we want to do everything we can to support them during this incredibly difficult time.
