Support Dr. Saray Diaz in Her Fight Against Ovarian Cancer

We are reaching out on behalf of Dr. Saray Diaz, a beloved veterinarian and friend who is currently facing one of life’s most difficult battles. Diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer, Dr. Saray has undergone three rounds of chemotherapy and will be facing a major surgery on November 11 to remove the cancerous mass. Following surgery, she will continue with additional chemotherapy sessions to ensure she overcomes this illness. Unfortunately, during this time, Dr. Saray will be unable to work, making it difficult to support her family and cover medical expenses.

Dr. Saray has dedicated her life to caring for animals and serving her community. Born and raised in Cuba, she pursued her passion for veterinary medicine at the Agrarian University of Havana, graduating in 2006 and completing a fellowship in zoo animal genetics. In 2011, she moved to the United States and now resides in Cape Coral, FL, with her husband, daughter, her dog Gordi, and her two cats, Roxi and Eros.

Dr. Saray’s approach to veterinary medicine is deeply rooted in compassion, with a special focus on preventive care and dental health. She has touched the lives of countless pets and their families with her knowledge, warmth, and dedication, treating each animal as if it were her own. Her clients value her attention to detail and the genuine care she shows to every patient she meets.

Now, Dr. Saray needs our help. This GoFundMe is dedicated to supporting her medical journey, easing the financial burdens of treatment, and allowing her to focus on healing and recovery.
