Hello everyone, this GoFundMe has been created on behalf of my friend Aya for the benefit of her mentor and family friend, Dr. Ihab Suleiman.

Aya Al-Nakhala is a Palestinian from Gaza who was fortunate enough to evacuate a few months after the war started. Her family and she survived death twice, in what can only be described as a miracle, and she is now doing everything she can to pay it forward and help her friends have a chance at life like she has been given.

Dr. Ihab Suleiman is a writer and university lecturer, who has spent his life serving his people and contributing to the education of generations. He never wanted to leave his homeland, but this war has stolen everything from him: his home, his family members, his loved ones, his friends, his students, his books, his dreams—literally everything. He is a true light in this world that has so much yet to give. Please help us raise money to evacuate him and his family to safety and give them a chance at life.

Whilst war has destroyed everything around them, the hope is very much still alive in them where they know kindness, compassion, and humanity still exist. Please help us make this happen for them.
