For nearly five decades, Dr. Dave Jamieson has been a trailblazer in the field of Organization Development (OD). Since earning his PhD in 1975, he has inspired countless leaders, students, and colleagues with his insights into self-as-leader and the dynamics of creating healthy, high-performing organizations. His work has shaped how leaders navigate change and complexity while fostering trust, adaptability, and humanity in their organizations.

Throughout his career, Dave has been a mentor, teacher, and collaborator, helping others grow and thrive. Many of us have had the privilege of learning from him and applying his wisdom in our own lives and careers. Now, it’s time to give back.

In recent years, Dave has faced significant financial hardships, including the unexpected loss of a university position due to the program closing, prolonged unemployment during the pandemic, and falling victim to a devastating financial scam. Despite his resilience, he now relies primarily on Social Security and occasional short-term contracts, which have not been enough to regain stability. The burden of these challenges has left him in a difficult financial position, making it hard to cover even basic living expenses.
