Dover was a true original—a die-hard heavy metal fanatic whose love for music was matched only by his devotion to his family and friends. From GWAR and Slayer to Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson, Motorhead, Pantera, and especially KISS, Dover’s passion for music was infectious. He made concerts a family event, sharing unforgettable experiences with those he loved. But above all, Dover was an old-school, die-hard Juggalo, a genuine fan of Insane Clown Posse from his teens until his last breath. His final journal entry even included a message to his friends, referencing the band’s lyrics: “To my closest friends, I made it to Shangri-La first.” Only a true Juggalo will understand just how much that meant.

Dover leaves behind a 22-year-old son, who he loved deeply and raised on his own. His son, was truly Dover’s best friend. He also proceeded in death, his beautiful and much loved daughter,Samara, whom meant the world to him.Dover’s elderly father, who is 78 and on hospice, his devoted sister who cared for him at home for the past two years, and his nephew, whom he raised as his own, are all grieving this tremendous loss. Dover was also a beloved figure in the underground wrestling community, known as “Outlaw,” admired and loved by many. To know Dover was to love him—he never met a stranger, always brought laughter, and wanted everyone around him to be happy.
