Support Doula Certification for Inclusion

Hello, friends! As some of you might know, I have been a birth worker and birth work organizer and researcher for over six years, seeking to improve the reproductive health outcomes and experiences of marginalized communities, especially those that identify as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC. (I'm eternally grateful for the members of my brilliant birth work community, the Queer Doula Network, which I founded over half a decade ago.)

During this month, aka the month of my own entry into this world, I am raising funds to finally achieve my doula certification and broaden my horizons with additional birth work education. This will expand my capacity to serve more folks with reproductive experiences whose insurance companies require specific documentation to cover doula care.
