Our life was changed in an instant when Doug, also known as Dougo, was in an ATV accident and sustained multiple serious injuries. I am organizing this fundraiser for our household as we try to navigate the difficult days ahead. While Doug has been fighting hard, his healing progress has slowed because of complications, and we now know this recovery will take time, patience, and continued care. We are so thankful for the outpouring of love, messages, prayers, and concern over the past week, and so many people have asked how they can lend support.

Your help will go directly toward supporting Doug’s continued healing and recovery from complications while he is at Sanford Sioux Falls inpatient rehabilitation. It will also help with the lodging and travel expenses I am facing so I can be close to him during this time. Doug has a long road ahead, and your support helps lighten the burden for our family.
