Support Doug Cugini

In addition to being one of the best people ever, Doug Cugini was responsible for the opening of the Hole in the Wall, the greatest gin joint in the history of the world. Innumerable good times, lifetime friendships, marriages and groovy music were birthed at the Hole while Doug smiled down on it all from behind the bar. For 20 plus years, he was the straw that stirred the drink. Our friend Doug recently underwent a triple bypass surgery to repair damage to his heart. Any that know him understand how big and caring that heart is. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen complication post-surgery, his stay at the hospital was prolonged. Once he's able to be released he faces additional physical recovery and other hurdles. In additional to medical bills he's going to have challenges keeping up with day to day expenses as it is unsure if he will be able to keep his current job depending on how his condition progresses. UPDATE: Doug is back at his house! We are so excited he is home. Jasmine and the kids will be helping him in his recovery as well as many nurses, but this still a very financially stressful time. Please continue to donate as you can and keep sharing the news!
