Hello, my name is Dottie, as my friends and family know me. I have lived in my tiny home for 27 years. It was my life! I put my heart, soul, love, and creativity into my home! It was everything to me. As you can see, I lost everything! I only had a t-shirt on, no shoes, when I realized the dry grass was on fire outside my bedroom window! My friend and ex-husband Rudy had to drag me away from there because my hair and shirt started to catch on fire.

I don't need much, but I do need a used tiny home similar to the one I had, hopefully. The Red Cross put me in a hotel temporarily. After today, I can stay with a friend, or my friend Lisa will lend me a bed to put in this outbuilding on the farm. That still is my home, and I want to be able to move back there more than anything. I'm trying to be my strongest self, but it's hard...
