Hi friends and family,
I’m excited to share that Dottie has been selected as a State Finalist for the National American Miss (NAM) program—an opportunity focused on building confidence, leadership, strong communication skills, and a heart for service.
What makes this journey especially meaningful is how Dottie plans to use it to give back. In order to compete at the National American Miss contestants are to be be involved in a community service mission.
Dottie’s Community Service Mission
Dottie is passionate about supporting mothers in need through the pregnancy crisis centers. Through this experience, she will be working to collect and donate:
- Diapers
- Baby formula
- Baby clothing
- Newborn essentials and supplies
Her goal help mothers enjoy the gift of children that God has blessed them with and to remind them they are not alone in this season.
Why This Program Matters
The National American Miss program is about more than a stage. It helps young girls develop leadership skills, confidence, poise, and strong interview and communication abilities. These are real-world skills that will help shape Dottie’s future and empower her to make a positive impact.
How You Can Support Dottie
To participate, Dottie must raise sponsorship funds to cover program fees, activities, and travel. We would be grateful for your support in helping her reach this goal.
