My name is Patsy Brawn. Recently, my sister Dorothy (Dottie) Contreras lost her beloved husband Bill after almost 43 years of marriage. Bill had been hospitalized many times since November. He had several surgeries and spent the last three weeks of his life at Maine Medica Centerl in the Surgical ICU. Even though Bill had Medicare and supplemental health insurance, it is unknown if all of the hospital bills will be covered.
