Dorian was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) metastatic to liver, on April 9th. She began treatment April 30th.

She has done 9 cycles of immunotherapy and chemotherapy, which she didn’t respond to. She just recently did five cycles of another form of Chemo which has been hard on her body. She just started on a daily pill chemo.

She recently started seeing a team of oncologists at the Mayo in Rochester to see if more can be done. She has also seen a team of clinical trial Dr’s. There is a new drug that she could possibly be a candidate for, but she would need to be accepted into the trial but they only take 190 people worldwide.

Cancer treatments can be very expensive, which she is learning. Insurance doesn’t cover everything, cost of travel to and from the Mayo, medical bills etc. Any sort of help and support is greatly appreciated.

Dorian is a loving mom to her two children, Eli (18) and Emme (16), and a wife to her Husband, Eric of 26 years. Her family is her world and she continues to fight this battle for them.

She is active in the Sauk Rapids community, most recently a board member for the Sauk Rapids-Rice Dance Team, as well as the director of the Just For Kix Programs in Princeton, MN (her home town) and Cambridge-Braham.

Dorian is a deeply loyal friend, who is always willing to help however she can! We are raising money to help ease the burden of current and upcoming medical bills.
