Hello, my name is Jackie Wilder. Thank you for your time. I’m hoping to raise funds so that my husband, Dorian Wilder, can be properly honored and celebrated.

At just 22 years old, we lost Dorian unexpectedly and far too soon. Dorian was the kind of person who made a lasting impression on everyone he met; kind, thoughtful, and deeply loving. He was a devoted husband, a loyal friend, and remains so loved and missed by all the family he left behind. Dorian was proud to be an active member in our community, always eager to give back and make a difference. He ran the after school program at Mountain Vista middle school and supported other schools throughout the years, forming special bonds with each of the kiddos. He truly cherished every child’s unique personality and quirks, and they adored him in return.

I want to honor Dorian in every way I can. I am incredibly grateful that we’ve already received help with the costs of his cremation, but there is still so much left to be done. Dorian deserves to be remembered and celebrated, yet I am unable to mange the remaining expenses on my own. I haven’t been able to get him a proper urn or hold a celebration of life, partly because of cost, and partly because these are such difficult decisions to make. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as I navigate this process. I would also love to have a memorial bench or plaque made so friends and loved ones have a place to visit and pay their respects.
