I am with my extended family as I embrace a new chapter in My Life as a Cancer survivor.

Back to Sloan-Kettering. After 9 years.

I have been blessed.

Today a new team, A New Cancer and a new world-renownedOncologist Thoracic Surgeon. Back to a level of care that all cancer patients deserve.

I have my Bestie by my side Sheri Perlowitz Brandon. And Heidi Maher Support Team, Moral support that is endless. And Rodney Calimer waiting patiently for the results and next steps.

I, as nervous as I am, I will be strong and accept the challenge ahead. I Got this. But it will take my village to keep me in their prayers.

All Donations are Appreciated and are Going towards all Transportation to the City for Tests, Surgery, follow-ups. Co-pays, + Extra Care in The Recovery process. Housing Costs and other Expenses.

Planning ahead is Hard!

I am scheduled for a major surgery—either a resection, segmentectomy, or lobectomy, all robot-assisted—on March 11th, 2026. The procedure is for stage 1 lung cancer, and the doctors will also be removing some lymph nodes for further testing, definitely over whelming. Recovery will be long, and I know I’ll need to be patient as I work to get back on my feet. To be honest, I am scared—not just for the surgery itself, but for the recovery and what the future holds. I Thank each and every one that has already donated to my Awaiting adventure, and all the inspiration of love and Prayers.
