Hello,

My name is Doreen for those that know me and those that don't I am currently battling stage 3 colorectal cancer. I was diagnosed in December after symptoms started in August.

I am currently receiving Immunotherapy called Dostarlimab Jemprli every 3 weeks. This cancer treatment specifically targets my mis-match repair-deficient (dMMR) locally

advanced rectal cancer. Oncologist are hoping for a complete shrinkage after six months. Only been on for 4 months at this time. I am showing signs of stability and little shrinkage. I do however have a long way to go . I pray for the day I wake up and smile knowing I beat cancer.

I have been lucky enough my insurance has covered the majority of medical expenses. I am also extremely lucky to have an amazing daughter Maddie who has sat by my side ever visit, ever ride, and very time I cried. I love you more then life itself . I also want to thank my family for reaching out to me constantly making sure I'm okay coming to my appointments and caring about me.

I am currently struggling with some setbacks with my immune systems. In the last 8 weeks I have contracted the Flu , pneumonia, now bronchitis back to back. This has been preventing me from working weeks on end while I recover .The worst part is I'm on immunotherepy and, I can't take medicine to get better it will interfere with the cancer meds .

I am single no spouse to help me out and I have missed lots of work due to illnesses so if anyone can kindly help me out so I can stay on track with a few personal bills I would greatly appreciate that. Having cancer is worrisome enough with out adding financial struggles to the mix .
