We’re asking for your support to bring Don’t Fall In — a queer, spooky, and chaotic new musical — to life at the 2025 Toronto Fringe Festival!
The show follows Kara, a stressed-out student at a story-brewing academy who falls into their own half-finished fairytale after dropping in a vial of corrupted ink. Inside the story, nothing is going to plan: the prince is a disaster, the princess doesn’t need saving, and the so-called villain might be the most grounded person there. Meanwhile, discarded drafts are clawing their way back into the narrative — and they want a new ending.
Think corrupted fairytale meets magical academia, with original music, big feelings, strong female characters, and a healthy dose of chaos.
This is a show full of:
- Big vocals and chaotic magic
- Witches who aren’t evil, just complex
- Swordfights, ink monsters, cursed wells, and yes, cauldrons
- And the big question: what happens when a story starts writing back?
We’re a small team of passionate queer artists mounting an original indie production from scratch. Your support helps us cover:
- Artist and production team compensation
- Props, costumes, and magical nonsense
- Printing & promo materials
- Rehearsal space and tech fees
If you like queer theatre, big vocals, spooky vibes, and stories that twist when you least expect it — we’d love your support.
Thanks for helping us not fall in!
