Support Donovan's Transplant Journey

Back in October when we found out that Donovan’s cancer had come back, we were told by the Hospital that they were going to keep him for the duration of his treatment. THANK GOD, that did not happen or we’d still be there during this time, many of you sent us meal cards (we still have them btw) Venmo’s, cashapp, all the things. To say we are grateful would be an understatement.

Recently, we have been asked by so many of you what we need. Our biggest need (aside from Jesus) remains financial. This week, we found out that Donovan’s insurance has approved his transplant and starting next week, we will be in Lexington for approximately 12 weeks. We will have a 30 day inpatient hospital stay, followed by an 8 week stay in the Lexington area. As you can imagine, packing up and moving to another town is not cheap. Our Airbnb for 8 weeks is about 4,700 dollars, which is outrageous, but apparently rent in Lexington is not cheap on top of this, we have close to $120,000 in medical debt.
