Hi, my name is Donnisha. I’m a mother of 4 whose health took a hit a few years ago. Over time, it all just came crashing down because I was unable to work and we lost everything, down to my house and car. I had surgery on my right leg to get the blood circulating back to my foot because I have peripheral artery disease which is why i couldn’t work. We haven’t been able to lean on anyone financially speaking but my sister and my mother, who of course have their own lives and issues to deal with, but they always helped when they could.

Every little bit helps us get into this new home and that’s all we need. Living out of a car and motel hasn't been easy, but I'm fighting for my children right now. Right now we need the village. I honestly don’t care if it’s a dollar. Even a share could help us.

We were approved for an apartment but I only have enough for first month's rent or security deposit. However you can help, please do, even if it’s sending up a prayer.
