Hi, my name is Donna. I am 70 years old. On November 18, 2025, I had colon cancer surgery.

The surgery was sudden and unexpected. I had been living a healthy lifestyle with no prior medical conditions. I taught sewing classes part-time, and I sell handmade items on Etsy. I have been an avid gardener, growing my own fruits and vegetables because eating healthy has been a priority for me for a number of years now.

I created this GoFundMe page to help me with my medical expenses that Medicare Part A does not cover. Unfortunately, going into the hospital, I did not have Medicare Part B, the part that covers all the doctors, medications, some of the procedures I had and will continue to have moving forward, along with all of my post-hospital medical supplies. I will not be eligible to sign up for Medicare Part B until Jan 1, 2026.

My immediate needs are to be able to pay my medical bills in order to have peace of mind moving forward in my recovery. All prayers and donations are greatly appreciated. As a Christian and child of God, my hope and trust come from the Lord. God shall supply all of my needs. Philippians 4:19.
