Support Donna's New Beginning After Tragedy
Donation protected
On Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, in Export PA, a severe storm occurred causing many trees to fall down destroying the home of my mother, Donna Meyer. Luckily, there were no injuries and after the help from neighbors, friends, and family both of her cats were found safe. Although we are all extremely thankful and blessed that no one was harmed, the damage done to Donna's life time home of 43 years is now completely uninhabitable. The mobile home where she once spent raising her two sons and spending time with loved ones and friends is now only a pile of memories.
Due to health issues, Donna has been out of work for many years but that does not stop her from making sure everyone else around her is taken care of, healthy, and happy. She has always remained a source of hope and inspiration for everyone around her. Dedicating her time to her family, friends, the local Fire Department and more. After years of dedication.. helping everyone else, Donna now finds herself in need of a stable, secure, place to call home again.
Currently, Donna is staying in a hotel with her two fur babies, Nickie and Sadie, awaiting information from the insurance company and trying to figure out the next step towards her new beginning. Any items within her home that were able to be salvaged from the wreckage have been removed and put into a storage unit. She is surrounding herself with love ones, positive thoughts, and praying for the strength to get through this horrible, unimaginable tragedy.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 towards helping her purchase a new home. However, No donation or act of kindness is to small. Many items like the refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, all of the kitchen dishes along with most of the furniture will also need to be replaced. Please help donate, Every single donation makes a difference, and your support today can help Donna create new memories, providing her a foundation for a brighter more secure future.
Thank you, We truly appreciate all of your kindness and generosity!
