Donna is not just my coworker—she is my mentor and one of the most inspiring people I have ever met. As a dedicated special education teacher, Donna has spent her life helping others, always putting her students and colleagues first. Recently, Donna received the devastating news that she has aggressive stage 4 cancer. The illness has spread to her lungs, kidneys, liver, and brain, and she now faces a challenging road ahead. Despite this, Donna continues to show incredible strength and resilience, never losing her positive spirit or her commitment to those around her.

Donna needs to undergo chemotherapy and five infusions, and she must travel 90 miles from home for each treatment.
