Support Donna's Battle Against Stage 4 Cancer
Donation protected
I am writing this on behalf and with permission from my sister, Donna. My sister got diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer on February 25, 2025. It is stage four because it is also in her liver. She went to the ER that evening, thinking that she was constipated. This diagnosis was completely shocking and unexpected. Prior to this, she was out on medical leave due to a work injury. This diagnosis then turned into a disability case. She has not received anything financially from the state since this new diagnosis. She was a little reluctant about me posting this because she is used to being independent and prideful of that.. However, her bills are not reluctant to meet her mailbox. She has been hospitalized three times since February. One of those hospitalizations required extensive surgery. Her recovery is a long journey, and not an easy one. I know this world is crazy right now and everything is super expensive, but if anyone is able to help my sister out in any way with her medical expenses, her and I would be eternally grateful. My sister has always been the one giving and helping others. She literally has the biggest heart and is just a wonderful person. Like all cancer patients, she did not deserve this. It is unfair and unforgiving. Her and I thank you in advance for any support you can offer.
