Donna was diagnosed with kidney disease, Stage 5, 2 years ago. Since then, life has been a whirlwind of doctor visits, hospital stays, and numerous treatments. Despite all these efforts, her condition has progressively worsened, and she is now in urgent need of a kidney transplant.
