Support Donna’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

Donation protected
Breast cancer is no stranger to my mom, Donna (Elliott) Catanzaro. She first faced this beast in 2015, beating her stage 1 diagnosis with surgery and radiation. Almost 10 years later, she’s facing it again, although it’s taken on a new face. In October of 2024, my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative inflammatory breast cancer with both invasive ducal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma. The more rare and aggressive type of this disease. She quickly began her chemo treatments and is continuing those today. She’ll have her mastectomy in May followed by radiation. There is still uncertainty for the future, but she is truly one of the strongest people I know. She continues to stay positive and is thankful for everything she has in her life and the support she has from friends and family near and far.

While she’s been lucky enough to have support from her job and family, we all know cancer is not a cheap diagnosis. My mom was hoping to join her twin sister in retiring soon, but with the medical bills, this is not something that looks to be in the near future for her.

I wanted to set up this account to help ease the burden of financial stress during this time in her life where she’s just trying to survive. Any donations are truly appreciated and we thank you for your continued love and prayers.
