Donna Hellberg, my mother, has always been a pillar of strength for our family. After battling breast cancer, she was fired from her job of 13 years at C&R Industrial Services. At 64 years old, Donna has struggled to find new work, despite her determination and resilience. She started an Ebay store in hopes of covering her bills and expenses, but it just hasn’t been enough to make ends meet.

While working for C&R Industrial Services Donna was diagnosed with breast cancer and advised by her bosses to take partial retirement. Later, they used her part-time status as an excuse to let her go, ending her long tenure with the company. Donna is as hardworking as they come—she raised myself, my younger brother, and two stepchildren, all while dealing with a financially irresponsible husband who forced her into bankruptcy. My brother and I are doing everything we can to help, but even then, it’s not enough to relieve her financial burden.

We are hoping to raise enough money to eliminate even just a little bit of Donna’s debt and help with her bills. She has done so much for the people around her and loves with all she has. I am asking, if you can—even if it’s not much—to please give to help support my mother. Thank you.
