Hello! My name is Dondrea Butte, I'm fourteen years old and go to Mansfeld Middle School as an eighth grader. My school is having an end of the year field trip that I have been looking forward to ever since I found out. The trip is meant for eighth graders only where kids with good grades and no behavioral problems can go to Washington D.C to attend the Washington, D.C. & Philadelphia Middle School Program that helps students understand the significance of American democracy, from its early years to modern times. During this five-day/four-night trip, students consider how America’s revolutionary experiences shaped ideas about rights, democracy, and liberty.

This field trip requires me to have at least $2,377 before the end of January which is really hard to get with my mother working nights to try to cover some expenses but the due date is coming up soon soon and I might not have enough time to get enough money. Any donations will do, I just need at least 2,377 or more, thank you and I appreciate your help to reach my goal!
