Our 2026 did not start out as we would’ve hoped. Our boy, Donald, became very sick New Year’s Eve. After a trip to his vet, they discovered a mass in his abdomen. Donald is now in the excellent care of Angell MSPCA hospital in Boston. In addition to the mass, he also has a kidney infection, UTI, and some other issues but all treatable. He will be receiving surgery to remove the cancerous mass and to biopsy some parts of his liver that may be affected. We are not ready to lose our little guy and he’s a fighter. We have chosen to finance his surgery and take this on if it means he can have more time and no pain. However, we know how loved Donald is, so if anyone is able to donate in any capacity, it would be so appreciated. We love our little family and Donald is such a special part of it. Emmy is loving growing up with him, he loves spending the day working at home with his dad, and snuggling and getting treats from his mom. He is more than a cat, he’s our baby and part of our family.
