This stray cat was attacked by another cat, his neck is swollen. My mom and I took him to the vet, but they quoted us at $1500 to get the abscess out, anesthesia, and medication. We don’t have that kind of money but my mom asked if they can give him antibiotics and pain medication. The vet gave him an antibiotic injection and pain medication for 3 days costing a total of $198.60.

We took him home and gave him pain meds. He rested for the day but then because he’s a stray, he got out of the house. When I returned from work, I found him severely injured in front of our house.

We have taken precautionary measures to ensure he stays indoors while he recovers and will get him neutered as soon as he is healed. 

Please help me save this precious little baby. 

Update on Donald. We cleaned his wound with saline and bandaged him up. He looks terrible right now, but we’re hoping the pain meds and antibiotic shot will help him heal without needing another vet visit.
