Support Donald's Final Journey

Hi my name is Deb. I am fundraising for my brother Donald Johncox. He has had many issues with cancer since 2013. He was approved for a trial immune system treatment. This treatment gave him 9 more years. He now has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. He is in constant pain due to a back injury and has been on SSDI since. He lost a daughter in 2011 at the age of 23 who left behind two beautiful little girls. We lost our father suddenly in 2012. Both very big hits for Donnie. Due to his cancer history he has not been able to get life insurance that he could afford on his disability. He is now on hospice, weighs 90 pounds and is declining. I would like to raise enough money to help his family with funeral expenses and anything else that pops up. My brother has a very kind heart for all he's been through and would give you the shirt off his back in zero degree weather. I think he deserves the best of everything in his end of life journey and has earned that respect within his family, friends and his community. To take his final expense burden off from his family, would allow him peace of mind and give him the strength to deal with what lies ahead. I was once told that going through this process, you work harder than any job you ever worked in your entire life! He is our brother, our blood, a piece of our puzzle. He is a Husband, a father and a grandfather and we love him! Life is temporary. We need to embrace and enjoy the temporary. Please consider donating to help the Johncox family meet their goal. Donald passed away May 7th at aprox 8:45 am at the Keuka Comfort Care Hospice Home in Penn Yan, NY. Our hearts are broken but are thankful at the same time for he passed quickly and comfortable. Now his spirit is free, without pain and flying high.
