Hi Everyone! My name is Jason and I’m fundraising for my best friend, Donald. Many know him as “Donny” or “Rooster” and everyone that knows him loves him! He is caring, easy going, goofy, hard working and a complete joy to be around. He loves his wife and 3 children more than anything!
Donald recently received the shock of his life hearing the dreaded word “cancer.” Donald has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer that has metastasized to his liver.
This news came as a complete shock to his family and many friends that all love Donny but he is determined to fight like hell and beat this! With this news Donny and Angie packed their bags and left Minot for The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as soon as they were given the green light. They are there now with many appointments scheduled for the week of March 4th-8th but could expect to be there for several weeks for treatment and possibly surgery.
Donny and Angie own their own commercial and residential cleaning service well known throughout Minot and surrounding areas. Cancer treatment is expensive and the inability to work for the foreseeable future will cause a financial hardship while Donald and his family focus on beating the cancer and getting healthy.
It is very hard for Donny and Angie to ask for donations as they are typically the ones looking to help others when they are in need. That’s just who they are but they have been inundated with requests from all over asking how they can help. Any donations would be greatly appreciated beyond measure and would be a true blessing!
