My beautiful brother, Donald Flowers, who is special needs, suffered cardiac arrest on his birthday. He was a ray of sunshine and absolutely loved life. Due to his medical history with heart challenges, we were unable to secure a life insurance policy on his behalf.

In his memory, we would like to raise funds to have a memorial to allow his peers an opportunity to say goodbye.
